At the end of your event you are responsible for removing all your personal items and taking out the trash. We will tear down, clean, and restore THE STUDIO for you.

If you will be serving wine, beer, champagne, or spirits a home owner's Proof of Liability Insurance document is required one week in advance of your event. This document can be e-mailed to us by your insurance company.

Liability insurance of $500,000 is required. If your current insurance is $300,000 or less it can be increased to $500,000 usually for less than $15.00. It is also required that THE STUDIO be listed as the certificate holder on the document.
